Job Overview
We’re seeking a creative and outgoing individual to join MoreFans.App as a Social Media Content Creator & Community Engagement Specialist. In this role, you’ll use MoreFans.App daily to post user-generated photos and videos, respond to comments, and engage with our growing community. Your primary goal is to drive traffic to the platform, kickstart buzz, and make MoreFans.App the go-to place for creators and fans. You’ll be one of the first faces of our platform, helping to build an active, engaged user base that will fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Post user-generated photos and videos daily on MoreFans.App’s Feed to showcase the platform’s potential. Create engaging content that highlights your personality, interests, or talents (e.g., fitness tips, art tutorials, lifestyle vlogs) to attract new users.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments on your posts and engage with other users’ content in the Feed and Community sections. Foster a sense of community by liking, commenting, and sharing posts to encourage interaction.
Drive Traffic: Promote your MoreFans.App profile on your personal social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Facebook) to drive traffic to the platform. Share links to your posts with a call-to-action (e.g., “Join me on MoreFans.App for exclusive content!”) to attract new subscribers and fans.
Kickstart Buzz: Create excitement around MoreFans.App by posting interactive content like polls, Q&As, and behind-the-scenes videos. Collaborate with other creators on the platform to cross-promote content and build a vibrant community.
Provide Feedback: Share insights with the MoreFans.App team about user experience, engagement trends, and opportunities to improve the platform. Help us understand what content resonates with users to drive growth.

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of experience creating content on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) with a proven ability to engage an audience.
Skills:
- Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing (e.g., using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or mobile apps).
- Excellent communication skills to respond to comments and engage with users in a friendly, authentic way.
- Familiarity with social media trends and strategies to drive traffic and build buzz.
Technical Requirements: Access to a smartphone or camera for creating photos and videos, and a reliable internet connection for daily posting and engagement.
Personality: Outgoing, creative, and passionate about building online communities. Comfortable being an early ambassador for an up-and-coming platform.
Availability: Able to commit to 20 hours/week, with flexibility to post and engage daily during peak user hours (e.g., evenings, weekends).
